Artifex Continues to Work Hard for You (from home)

As the COVID-19 situation evolves we want to emphasize that our concerns are first and foremost for the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the virus and truly hope for a full and speedy recovery.

It goes without saying, the pandemic has changed many, many aspects of our day-to-day life. Along with fear and uncertainty, global work-from-home mandates have changed our lifestyles and behaviors overnight. During this time, we wanted to reach out and update our customers as to how we’re approaching the situation at Artifex.

With our globally distributed workforce, all of our software developers have always worked individually at home offices. Our HQ staff is now working from home as well. The adjustment has been smooth, and we are focused on delivering professional and prompt service to our customers.

We felt it was important to communicate to our customers that our engineering staff are and have been, operating at full capacity since well before COVID-19 was our new normal.

Artifex remains dedicated to providing prompt and professional technical support and consulting services to our customers. We are deeply committed to product quality and service and have experienced no downtime in our customer service, product development, or engineering schedules and we plan on continuing that same effort moving forward.
